What it does

Everything stays one shortcut away.

Toggle it on command

Press Option, Shift, and Tab from anywhere to show or hide the shelf without importing anything.

Grab from Finder

Select items in Finder and press Option and Tab to send them straight to the shelf.

Always on top

Once open, the shelf stays above every other window until you close it.

Take one or take all

Drag a single row out, or pull the whole stack at once from the footer.

Drag out anywhere

Drop items into any app or folder, exactly like dragging from Finder.

Save clipboard text

Copy text, then add it from the shelf footer or menu bar. ShelfDrop never records your clipboard automatically.

Copy, move, or zip

Act on everything on the shelf from the footer: copy somewhere, move it, or bundle it into a single zip.

Three moves, no window juggling.

  1. 1

    Select

Select any files or folders you want to hold in Finder.

  2. 2

    Add

Press Option and Tab. Your selection moves straight to the shelf.

  3. 3

    Drag out

Send items to their destination later, one by one or all together.

No file-type limits.

Use Option and Tab for any Finder file type; drop links, images, and text directly.
